In the instance that your order is incorrect or arrived to you broken, please contact us by email within 3 days of receiving your item. We also require that you send us photographs of the item(s) that are broken or incorrect. Any emails sent after 3 days of arrival will not be fixed. A replacement item will be sent back to you within 2 weeks.
All items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. We absolutely cannot accept returns for items that have been used. Please review your order carefully and be sure to ask any questions before ordering. If you are ordering something monogrammed, please be sure to leave your monogram correctly in the notes to seller box when you checkout. If no monogram is left in the box, you will receive the item blank.
The proper monogram is as follows:
first initial, last initial, middle initial. For example: my monogram is aWm - Ashleigh Michelle Whaley
If you order is missing information, the processing time for your order will be delayed. We will email you at the email address you leave at checkout in order obtain the proper information needed to complete your order.
